🛒 Orders & Processing
How long does processing take Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or special releases, processing may take a little longer.
Can I change or cancel my order Orders can be cancelled automatically within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing. If you need a change, email us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to help.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do Email us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update it. If it has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
🚚 Shipping
How long does shipping take Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product. Most items arrive within 7–15 business days.
Do you offer tracking Yes — every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email once your order ships.
My tracking hasn’t updated Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update. If it hasn’t moved after 3 days, reach out and we’ll check on it for you.
Do you ship internationally At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

What is your return window Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
Who pays for return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement.

When will I receive my refund Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

💫 Damaged or Defective Items
What if my item arrives damaged Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Do you offer exchanges Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. For all other situations, please request a return and place a new order.
